Utah bill would ban abortions based on Down syndrome. In it, Connecticut Post reports that:

Republican Rep. Karianne Lisonbee of Clearfield, stands for the National Anthem to open the 2018 Utah Legislature Monday, Jan. 22, 2018, in Salt Lake City. Lisonbee wants to bar doctors from performing abortions sought because of a diagnosis of Down syndrome even though legislative lawyers warn that there’s a high probability that a court will find the law unconstitutional.
